What are some good trends for spring for a 13 year old girl

dresses (styles, colors, etc.)
shoes (flats or boat shoes or what?)
accessories (all types that are in this spring and summer)
make up color’s (brown eyes, brown hair, tan cuz im hispanic)
hair styles (I have medium length curly hair)

if it helps for make up my skin tone for bobbi brown cover ups and stuff is natural
oh and when I mean make up colors I mean nail polishes, lip glosses, and eyeliners. not heavy heavy make up or anything.
dont worry … i have the PERFECT ideas, my friends followed my advice and they look awsome (not blowing my own trumpet:L ) Annnyway,
try tops that are an almost see through material, white with nice basic pictures on them, they have some lovdly ones in urban outfitters. You can get cropped ones baggy ones and tight fitted ones, but make sure you get all different types , you dont want to be seen in the same things over and over
as for bottoms, try army coloured green skinny trousers, or camel coloured skinny trouser, they are the most cutest things i have ever wore! i love them! and for shorts, you can get camel couloured tweed shorts- aslong as your wearing a white or burgandy top 
for dresses, think floral. grab a nice cheap floral top and spice it up , with a pair of black tights and brown brogues, lookes much better than it sounds lol . dresses should be short, but not up the bum lol,
for shoes , you could get some army style boots for those colder days and some brown or camel brogues for the nicer days, to wear with shorts ( which could be denim) or skirts or jeans
once you have mixed and match these suggestions , you should add brown leather accessories ( real or fake) such as thin leather belts for your trousers or leather bags
another cool accessorie is an old fashioned cardigen , you can get them made in ops for about £30, but you may aswell get a vintage cardigen and go to a charity shop lol
for makeup , just wear suttle colours, such as browns and creams and pale pinks, lip glosses shouldnt be to noticable ,
nailpolish , also go for , beiges browns pale pinks and burgandy reds
